It is a rare thing to come across anything that MORE than lives up to everything claimed of it.
Frequently people come back and tell me they thought that if only half of what I'd said was real they would be more than happy, only to find that every word was true & they too are as impressed as we have been.
What really impressed me about them happened on the training day we had to attend in London before becoming retailers of MBT'S.
There were about 12 of us gathered on that day, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Sports Trainers, Marshal Arts instructors, Osteopaths etc from all over the country.
Now as many know, I work equally with the as with the physical to re-align and heal.
With this background I know, and anybody who works with any method of will testify, that it is a rare thing to come across anyone whose energy flows as it should. Whose energy is polarized throughout the spine & well grounded.
With just about everybody who first comes for treatment, the first task, and the hardest, is to re-establish this grounded connection, ensuring there is strong and healthy flow down the back and throughout the energy centres of the body.
Tai Chi, Pilates & Marshal Arts are about this, and centring the bodies gravity point, to where it is meant to be, in what is called the Tan Den below the belly button.

What these shoes did in fact ALL they do is simulate walking naturally, with bare feet on soft uneven ground, like on the beach maybe.
